酒店未打扫投诉complaint about room not being cleaned

returning to the hotel in the evening,I found that housekeeping did not clean the room as agreed.

This is room 2020,Wasn’t the room supposed to be cleaned everyday?

Why is that when i come back today, the room hasn’t been touched or cheaned.

为什么我今天会来房间都没有动,都没有整理。
